HOW TO APPLY
If you’re a high school senior or graduated within the last two years, you’ll apply to begin your bachelor’s degree program using the Common Application. Georgia State is test-optional for spring, summer and fall 2023 admission.*
To begin an associate degree program at Perimeter College or transition to a bachelor’s degree at the Atlanta Campus, you’ll apply using the Perimeter College Application.

*For applicants to the Atlanta Campus only.
**Submission of SAT and ACT test scores is optional for spring, summer and fall 2023 admission. Note: Applicants with a GPA below 3.4 are encouraged to submit test scores. If you apply without test scores and are below a 3.4, you may be placed into our Summer Success Academy or Panther Gateway Program or admitted to our Perimeter College (which offers associate-level degrees). Test scores are still required for DE applicants.
