WELCOME TO ATLANTA. Welcome home. It’s time to make your mark.
International flavors, comfort food and tasty tapas define Atlanta’s colorful dining scene. Fill up at Broad Street’s eateries, Sweet Auburn Curb Market’s pop-ups and other popular spots like Ponce City Market.
Catch live music and shows at Mercedes-Benz Stadium or the Tabernacle. Snap selfies at Zoo Atlanta or the Georgia Aquarium, explore the World of Coca-Cola or tour the College Football Hall of Fame.
Known as the “cradle of the Civil Rights Movement” and former home to icons Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. and Congressman John Lewis, Atlanta’s community spirit is longstanding. Visit the National Center for Civil and Human Rights, the State Capitol or the Georgia World Congress Center.
Our campus winds through the Sweet Auburn historic district — the birthplace of Martin Luther King Jr. and an area full of street art and restaurants. Just south of downtown, our football stadium stands in lively Summerhill, one of the city’s oldest multicultural neighborhoods.
We’re a city of trees. Atlanta’s green spaces, parks and nature trails are perfect for cycling, skating and running. Soak up the sun on the 33-mile Atlanta BeltLine, spot the waterfall at Cascade Springs Nature Preserve or take a stroll around Piedmont Park.
Professional sports are huge here. The city’s home to the NFL’s Falcons, MLB’s Braves, NBA’s Hawks, WNBA’s Dream and the MLS’s Atlanta United soccer club. Passionate fans fill our stands all year long.
